Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for the following:
- Project Performance: Manage key construction projects in the $5-$20M range to ensure their success.
- Project Schedule: Manage to ensure flow and on-time completion.
- Project QA/QC: Make sure it's done right the first time.
- Project Safety: Think Safety at all times.
- Project Budget: Monitor budget to make sure targets are met.
- Client Satisfaction: Create 'Raving Fans'.
- Team Performance & Employee Development: Help mentor, train and advance all team members.
- Coordination with Other Departmental Teams: Assist, communicate and coordinate with others.
- Adherence to Our Values: Exemplify our Core Values of Integrity, Collaboration, Creative Problem Solving, Everything Speaks, and Genuinely Care in all that you do.
This position reports to the Director of Construction Operations and presents a great opportunity to evolve into a broader project leadership role as the company expands.

Pay
$125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
