Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple signage projects from design through fabrication and installation.
• Develop and track project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resources.
• Cook up and communicate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractors.
• Ensure timely preparation and approval of project documentation, drawings, approvals, and change orders.
• Maintain accurate records and update company systems with project status and deliverables.
• Aid in planning logistics for fabrication, shipping, and on-site installations.
• Lead or participate in project meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-up.
• Manage project-related contracts, including review, coordination, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in signage project management, fabrication, or installation.
• Strong understanding of signage production, construction, and installation processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and team interaction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or project management systems preferred.

• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage demanding timelines.
• Comfort using AI tools to support communication, organization, and task management.
