Job Details Description Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned programs and executive stakeholdersTranslate program objectives into measurable milestones, deliverables, and success metricsAssist management in developing new procedures and processes for the PM departmentLead program kick-off, governance reviews, and ongoing status follow-up across multiple projectsCommunication of pertinent information to project team and customerFacilitate cross-functional reviews to align engineering, operations, quality, and customer expectationsMonitor program schedules, budgets, resource needs, and interdependencies for alignment to planLead regular program reviews to assess performance, resolve issues, and maintain strategic alignmentDevelop and implement recovery plans for schedule, budget, scope, or resource variances across the programGuide project managers and functional leads in removing obstacles and escalating critical issues as neededLead internal governance approvals and readiness reviews for major program milestonesLead customer and stakeholder reviews to confirm program progress, requirements, and acceptance criteriaCoordinate with operations, supply chain, shipping, and field teams to meet overall program commitmentsPartner with finance and accounting to ensure accurate forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting across the program Requirements 4-year degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience2 years' experience in the special machine industry as it relates to automotiveDirect experience managing medium-to-large-scale cross-functional programs with a track record of bringing initiatives in on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectivesUnderstanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost estimating practices and financial controlsExcellent communication and follow up skills with both internal and external customersKnowledge of manufacturing and engineering methods in manufacturing design of custom machinesExcellent problem-solving skillsPMP Certification is a plus Pay will commensurate with experience: expected salary range of $75,000-$90,000 Qualifications 0" style="display: none;"> Skills 0"> 0"> 0" style="display: none;"> Behaviors 0"> 0"> : 0" style="display: none;"> Motivations 0"> 0"> : 0" style="display: none;"> Education 0"> 0"> 0" style="display: none;"> Experience 0"> 0"> 0" style="display: none;"> Licenses & Certifications 0"> 0"> Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
