Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Behave ethically: Understand ethical behavior and business practices and ensure that own behavior and the behavior of others is consistent with these standards and align with the values of the organization.
- Collaborate with management and project team to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline timeline, milestones, and key tasks.
- Cookordination with internal and external teams, including API development and manufacturing partners.
- Cookordination with project team to identify resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Prepare and oversee project budgets, ensuring projects stay within financial parameters.
- Schedule, convene and facilitate project work group meetings; assign and follow up on action items.
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
- Work with Project Lead to oversee the collection and maintenance of records.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification.
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a regulated environment (e.g., GMP, FDA).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven problem-solving abilities with a strategic and analytical mindset.

Remote and/or hybrid position located in St. Louis, MO.
