About The Role The Water Restoration Sales Technician plays a vital role in helping homeowners and businesses recover after disaster strikes. This position involves managing water, fire, mold, asbestos, and board-up projects while maintaining exceptional customer communication and ensuring top-quality workmanship. We’re seeking motivated professionals with at least one year of industry experience and relevant IICRC certifications (WTR, ASD, AMRT). Responsibilities Inspect, lead, and manage water restoration projects from start to finishSupervise and guide field technicians to ensure quality and efficiencyCommunicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and team membersPerform water extraction, equipment setup and monitoring, arrange content handlingCollect data, photos, and documentation for each projectMaintain company vehicles, tools, and equipmentAdhere to safety standards and use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Participate in on-call and weekend rotation schedulesSupport the Mitigation Manager with additional tasks as needed Qualifications Must reside in Arizona, hold a valid drivers license with a clean driving recordReliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conductStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and work independentlyProficiency with smartphones, tablets, and restoration softwareExperience with Xactimate and/or MICA is a plus but not requiredConstruction or mitigation experience preferredIICRC certifications (WTR, ASD, AMRT) strongly preferred – training available for the right candidate Compensation & Benefits bi-weekly payBonus and commission opportunitiesCompany vehicle, cell phone, and apparel providedMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time offContinuing education and IICRC certification support Why Join Preferred Choice Restoration Services?
