Key Responsibilities
- Aid in planning and managing HVAC projects from initiation to completion.
- Create standardized processes and closeout documents.
- Coordinate scheduling of technicians, subcontractors, and equipment deliveries.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure successful execution.
- Communicate project updates with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to manage project data, workflows, client information, and reporting.
- Review project documents, including contracts, drawings, and specifications.
- Support procurement of materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor job site progress and help resolve issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and industry requirements.
- Aid in project close-out, including final documentation and client sign-off.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2 years of experience in project coordination, construction, HVAC, or related field.
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems or willingness to learn.
- Experience with or proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with construction or mechanical project workflows.
- Exposure to scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety practices, and HVAC terminology.
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings (a plus but not required).
