Project Manager

About the Role

The Project Manager oversees and coordinates all aspects of facilities operations and maintenance (O&M) support, including minor building alterations, cyclical maintenance, and management of facilities operations from initiation through completion. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for building managers, Contracting Officer Representatives (COR), contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee O&M projects and minor building alterations.
• Coordinate project tasks with stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration.
• Manage multiple, concurrent projects from initiation through completion.
• Guarantee all operations meet safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for building managers, COR, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Allocate labor, materials, and resources efficiently to maximize productivity.

Requirements

• BA in Facility Management Discipline.
• CFM Certification.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in related O&M support services and/or facilities management.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Top Secret Clearance required.

Working Conditions

• Work involves both office and field environments and may require occasional travel.
• May need to work outside regular business hours to address urgent project matters.
• Ability to move within and between facilities and perform site surveys as needed.
