Oversees safety performance by reviewing audits and incident trends, taking corrective actions when needed.

Maintains responsibility for overall financial performance, including budget management, WIP management, cost forecasting, billing and cash flow management, and subcontractor and vendor negotiations.

Drives overall project strategy to meet safety, quality, schedule, and financial goals.
