Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain end-to-end visibility of PoP deployments across all global metros, tracking rack request dates, installation milestones, and completion status for each site spanning multiple countries.
• Develop and maintain executive-level reporting on deployment progress, including site readiness.
• Identify deployment risks, escalate blockers, and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the capacity planning team on demand forecasts, aligning deployment schedules with traffic demand projections by metro.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in infrastructure, data center, or network deployment programs.
• Experience managing global, multi-site hardware deployment projects with 20+ concurrent workstreams.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
• Strong data analysis skills with ability to synthesize deployment metrics across multiple regions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications, cloud infrastructure, or edge computing environments.
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure, metro/POP architecture, or network capacity planning.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with capacity forecasting and demand planning processes.
• Knowledge of lawful intercept requirements and regulatory compliance across international markets.
• Experience working across multiple time zones with geographically distributed teams.
