Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions, ensuring all team members are aligned with the project goals and timelines.
• Cook up coordination between internal resources and third parties/vendors for the smooth sailing of projects.
• Create comprehensive project plans that are shared with clients and other staff members.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project objectives efficiently.
• Track project performance, specifically analyzing the successful completion of both short and long-term goals.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget limits, enhancing client satisfaction and trust in our services.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in managing construction projects, specifically wood-framed buildings.
• Proven ability to interpret and analyze construction drawings with precision.
• Strong history of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills to develop solutions and mitigate risks efficiently.
• Proficiency in using software tools like Excel, Word, and Outlook for project tracking and documentation.
• Outstanding verbal communication skills to engage with clients and team members clearly.
• A meticulous approach to ensure quality standards are consistently met throughout the project lifecycle.
