Project Manager
About the role
As a Project Manager in our Nashville office, you will lead rewarding projects with a hands-on approach, develop client relationships, deliver projects according to client needs and budget, lead concept development of building systems, and guide a team of engineers from project conception though occupancy. Within this position, you will also participate in project interviews, providing high-level client service, establishing long-term partnerships, keeping abreast of market trends, and ensuring resolution of all technical and service issues.

Requirements
- 10+ years in consulting environment designing building systems or leading design projects across core design disciplines
- Proven ability to lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team through planning, design and construction for projects of all sizes
- BS in Engineering or Architecture from an ABET accredited program
- Recent experience in the Healthcare, Science & Technology, Higher Education, or similar market sectors performing project management for large and/or complex projects
- Able to travel to client sites where project development opportunities exist (depends on assignment)
