About the Role

As a Project Manager in the Houston office, you will empower clients to achieve energy‑efficient building solutions, protect the global environment, and create a greener future. You will lead major projects, develop client relationships, and deliver solutions that meet client needs and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead major projects and guide a team of engineers from concept development through occupancy.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, providing high‑level service and establishing long‑term partnerships.
• Deliver projects according to client specifications, budget constraints, and schedule requirements.
• Lead concept development of building systems across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
• Participate in project interviews and business development activities.
• Stay abreast of market trends and emerging technologies.
• Ensure resolution of all technical and service issues that arise during project execution.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Architectural Engineering from an ABET‑accredited program.
• Professional engineering registration.
• 10+ years of experience in a consulting environment designing building systems or leading design projects across MEP disciplines.
• Successful management of large and complex projects for sophisticated clients in healthcare, laboratory, infrastructure, higher education, industrial, or R&D facilities.
• Demonstrated leadership on projects and with staff.
• Track record of highly satisfied clients.
