The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of vinyl graphics installations for our fleet clients. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, installation teams, and vendors, ensuring smooth communication, efficient scheduling, and successful project outcomes.

Together, our companies help brands take their messages to the streets through fleet graphics, transit advertising, and professional installation services. Advertising Vehicles has grown into a premier nationwide fleet graphics provider helping businesses of all sizes turn vehicles into high-impact marketing assets.
What You'll Do
- Manage installation projects from kickoff through completion.
- Develop timelines, allocate resources, and manage budgets.
- Review installation quality and ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain project documentation, POs, invoices, and ERP records.
- Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project.
- Cook up vendor relationships and negotiate vendor pricing.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.
- Stay organized while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Demonstrate a proactive, customer-focused, collaborative mindset.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of project management experience; experience in fleet vinyl installation industry or related field is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, NetSuite, and Monday.com (preferred).
- Understand project management principles and best practices.
- Strong planning, organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
