What You’ll Do
- Lead all electrical construction activities across multiple buildings, including power distribution, paneling, low voltage, cabling, and data infrastructure
- Drive projects to completion on time, on budget, and with top-tier safety and quality
- Manage field teams, subcontractors, and vendors while building strong relationships with GCs and clients
- Oversee project financials, scheduling, and resource planning
- Partner cross-functionally with estimating, purchasing, and workforce teams to ensure smooth execution
- Mentor and develop field leadership while fostering a high-performance, accountability-driven culture
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of experience with an electrical contractor managing large-scale construction projects
- Proven success on data centers, industrial, manufacturing, or mission-critical builds
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, low voltage, and structured cabling
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and project controls
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams in fast-paced, travel-heavy environments
- Proficiency with construction software (Procore or similar)
