Join a growing electrical contractor where you'll own projects from start to finish, lead field teams, and play a critical role in project success. Responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects from pre-construction through final closeout
• Oversee all phases of project execution, including estimating, planning, scheduling, and client reporting
• Prepare project estimates and perform job costing analysis
• Take field measurements and develop project scopes when drawings are unavailable
• Coordinate directly with clients, vendors, and field personnel
• Lead and supervise a team of approximately 6 electricians and field staff
• Monitor labor productivity, project budgets, and timelines
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
• Provide hands-on support in the field when necessary in a smaller-company environment

Qualifications

• Electrical industry required
• Approximately 10+ years of experience in the electrical trade
• Previous experience as a Journeyman, Foreman, Lead Electrician, or similar leadership role
• Strong understanding of electrical installations, labor planning, and project execution
• Experience with estimating, job costing, or project coordination is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain accountability for project outcomes
