Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of audio/visual projects, including cost and budgetary considerations, implementation, and post-project follow-up.
• Determine technical requirements for project scope: logistics, scheduling, power and rigging requirements, site requirements, and room drawings (CAD).
• Plan and schedule qualified technicians for each project, including those with multiple functions and site locations.
• Coordinate and often attend site surveys well in advance of individual projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience with a company specializing in the audio/visual industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or similar rendering software.
• Strong knowledge of video, audio, lighting, and scenic elements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Radio, TV, and Film preferred.
• Professional presentation and excellent communication, customer service, and people skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
