Scope Of Services & Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies
  • Apply industry-standard project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, or hybrid)
  • Cookordinate and communicate with campus stakeholders, leadership, and third-party vendors
  • Track and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
  • Support requirements validation, testing coordination, deployment planning, and go-live readiness
  • Prepare and deliver regular written project status reports
  • Maintain complete and accurate project documentation, including:
    • Project plans
    • Risk and issue logs
    • Decision logs
    • Action item trackers

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience managing enterprise software implementation projects
  • Demonstrated use of formal project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, or hybrid)
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a higher education or public-sector environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors effectively
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting skills
  • Experience with Enterprise Asset Management systems
  • Experience with Kronos (UKG) Timeclock implementations
  • Prior consulting experience in academic or government environments
