In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in advancing strategic initiatives that improve client satisfaction, drive business growth, and enhance scalability for a specialized client segment. You’ll partner across business and technology teams, leveraging your analytical prowess and project management skills to deliver solutions that secure new business and strengthen existing relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of strategic efforts for specialized client solutions and next-generation initiatives, enhancing the client experience, improving scalability, and supporting business growth.
  • Collaborate with business partners to develop customized financial offering frameworks and supporting structures for specific solutions.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to ensure comprehensive end-to-end planning, aligning with initiative goals, timelines, and requirements.
  • Leverage data-driven insights and advanced analytics to identify opportunities, improve efficiency, and support decision-making for client solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis on program dependencies, financial considerations, and business impacts to inform execution, prioritization, and recommendations.
  • Support the identification, monitoring, and escalation of risks or issues that may impact timely delivery or agreed scope.
  • Provide effective communication and reporting to partners, stakeholders, and leadership through clear updates, analysis, and dashboards that articulate status and impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with industry-standard project management, collaboration, and issue tracking tools.
  • Change Management and Technology Governance experience.
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle and business-led development.
  • Deep client-centric orientation, focused on serving investors and personnel within the organization’s network.
  • Strong knowledge of financial solutions and services.
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally and building trusted partnerships.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, including synthesizing data, developing business cases, and delivering compelling narratives.
  • Ability to influence leadership, partners, and peers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Business System Analysis and Software Documentation.
