Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end execution of CFSO projects, including planning, tracking, and delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Develop and maintain project documentation such as project plans, timelines, status reports, action logs, and meeting materials
- Cook up and coordinate project meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder communications
- Track and escalate project risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions to leadership as appropriate
- Support project intake, sequencing, and prioritization activities within the CFSO portfolio
- Aid in documenting current-state and future-state processes to support operational improvements
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, governance, and documentation requirements
- Support testing, implementation, and go-live activities related to procurement initiatives
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, business analysis, operations, or PMO-related roles
- Experience supporting projects in procurement, sourcing, third-party risk, contracts, accounts payable, or shared services environments preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage and organize work across multiple projects simultaneously

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM) is a plus
- Exposure to procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Fieldglass) is a plus
Pay
The typical base pay range for this role is between $76K - $98K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
Schedule
The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day.
