Project Manager, Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of CFSO projects, including planning, tracking, and delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Develop and maintain project documentation such as project plans, timelines, status reports, action logs, and meeting materials
• Cook up and coordinate project meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder communications
• Track and escalate project risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions to leadership as appropriate
• Support project intake, sequencing, and prioritization activities within the CFSO portfolio
• Aid in documenting current-state and future-state processes to support operational improvements
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards, governance, and documentation requirements
• Support testing, implementation, and go-live activities related to procurement initiatives

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, business analysis, operations, or PMO-related roles
• Experience supporting projects in procurement, sourcing, third-party risk, contracts, accounts payable, or shared services environments preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage and organize work across multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

The typical base pay range for this role is between $76K - $98K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

Schedule

The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day.
