Project Manager - AI (Co Pilot)

Job Description

10+ years of project management experience, including at least 2 years managing AI, automation, or digital transformation projects.

Strong understanding of AI copilots, including Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and custom LLM-based assistants.

Experience identifying and implementing practical AI use cases across business workflows and enterprise environments.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Manage project timelines, budgets, milestones, risks, and stakeholder expectations from initiation through completion.

Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.

Translate complex AI capabilities and technical concepts into clear, actionable workflows for business and non-technical teams.

Monitor AI performance metrics, adoption, accuracy, usability, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Analyze AI project data and performance insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize project outcomes.

Develop and deliver AI training sessions, onboarding materials, documentation, and user enablement programs.

Stay current with emerging AI, automation, GenAI, and digital transformation technologies and identify opportunities for business adoption.

Able to simplify complex technology concepts and deliver impactful, scalable, and trusted AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
