Project Manager-AI Automation

Job Description

Own end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
Distribute and prioritize work across cross-functional teams to ensure balanced workloads and smooth execution.
Lead daily stand-ups and provide structured updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.
Act as the single point of accountability for project execution, stakeholder alignment, and issue resolution.
Drive project planning, sprint management, milestone tracking, and reporting.
Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans proactively.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment.
Maintain documentation, status reports, dashboards, and communication cadence with leadership.
Ensure delivery governance, compliance, and process adherence throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology or engineering environments.
• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum practices, sprint planning, and daily Agile ceremonies.
• Proven ability to lead teams, remove blockers, and drive accountability.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities with attention to detail.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, or similar.
• PMP, CSM, SAFe, or similar certifications.
• Experience managing distributed or cross-functional teams.
• Background in software development, cloud, or digital transformation projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and digital transformation strategies.
• Experience in agile methodologies and scrum framework.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation.
