Responsibilities
- Technical Verification and Code Compliance
- Review and approve technical drawings and manufacturer specifications, verify and ensure code compliance and scope of work align with the final job proposal.
- Perform on-site field visits to assess job-site and project readiness.
- Record precise measurements and verify accuracy against manufacturer schematics to proactively avoid product ordering issues.
- Proactively resolve configuration and job-site issues to minimize the need for change-orders throughout the progression of the project.
- Logistics and Scheduling
- Manage and coordinate project timelines with the contractor, homebuilder, or property owner.
- Set purchasing timelines in coordination with job-site and project readiness.
- Manage daily workforce schedules across all projects to optimize productivity of the Technician team.
- Schedule project deliveries and installations.
- Secure building permits and schedule final site inspections in coordination with local municipalities.
- Financial Oversight
- Accurately project and manage consumable materials spend.
- Approve and track consumable materials at a work order level.
- Manage, approve, and track all change orders at a work order level to ensure that margin is recorded accurately and remains within budget.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as primary point of contact for contractors, builders, and property owners for all product and project questions and issues.
- Partner closely with office staff and the General Manager to optimize project workflow timeliness, documentation collection and filing, and payment collection and recording.
- Provide pre-deposit feedback and guidance to the sales team to align customer expectations with manufacturer schematics and state code.
- Guide field technicians on project details, technical drawings, and safety/code rules.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Working knowledge of ADA rules and regulations.
- Working knowledge of state-specific building codes.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking—ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience in construction methodology and blueprints.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Proven track record of managing deadlines and project completion within budget.
- Travel to job sites.

- Regularly required to talk or hear.
- Regularly required to sit and use hands repetitively to operate standard office equipment.
- Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
- Frequently required to drive a commercial vehicle to and from the job site.
- Ability to routinely climb ladders, stairs, and work at elevated heights.
