What You’ll Do

• Plan, schedule, organize, and direct assigned projects
• Ensure projects are effectively executed within budgeted costs and time schedules while maintaining positive cash flow
• Interface with customers to maximize satisfaction, safety, and quality assurance on all assigned projects
• For highest-level Project Managers, manage high-volume or critical accounts and customers
• Perform other duties as requested or required

What You’ll Need

• Expert project management experience in a technical environment (building automation systems, fire alarm systems, and/or electronic security systems)
• Advanced coaching, mentoring, and staff development skills; solid leadership orientation
• Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills; solid programming skills and proven ability to troubleshoot problems and find solutions
• Basic knowledge and understanding of IT networking principles
• Advanced financial analytical skills including cost control

Requirements

• Education: College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience
• Minimum Experience: 7-10 years relevant engineering, field service, or project management
• Preferred Experience: Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, and/or building automation
