About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to support growth, pricing, and packaging strategy within a consumer video and subscription-based business. This role will focus on developing and evaluating business cases for new packages, pricing strategies, content offerings, and growth opportunities. The ideal candidate brings experience within pay TV, streaming, telecommunications, broadband, or another subscription-based business and can combine strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-level recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end business cases for consumer packaging and pricing initiatives, including market sizing, pricing scenarios, customer segmentation, and sensitivity analysis.
• Evaluate new package concepts and growth opportunities while assessing cannibalization, margin impact, and competitive positioning.
• Support recurring content and network Add/Drop decisions using cost, engagement, churn risk, viewership, and competitive considerations.
• Build, modify, and optimize financial and pricing models in Excel.
• Analyze customer surveys, UX research, call-center feedback, churn data, competitive pricing, and other consumer insights.
• Translate quantitative analysis into clear, decision-ready recommendations for senior leadership.
• Create PowerPoint presentations and executive narratives that communicate findings, trade-offs, risks, and recommended actions.
• Identify opportunities for low-investment pilots, A/B tests, or in-market tests before larger-scale launches.
• Challenge assumptions and stress-test recommendations against alternative scenarios.
• Partner cross-functionally with strategy, pricing, programming, product, analytics, and other business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in pricing, packaging, product strategy, growth strategy, subscription strategy, or business case development.
• Background in pay TV, streaming, telecommunications, broadband, SVOD, or a comparable subscription-based industry.
• Advanced Excel and spreadsheet modeling skills.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience working with dashboards and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Familiarity with customer survey, UX, call-center, churn, or segmentation data.
• Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• SQL literacy with the ability to query, pull, and validate data.
• Familiarity with Databricks or lakehouse environments.
• Experience with subscriber, churn, viewership, Nielsen, Comscore, or similar media-measurement data.
• Exposure to AI/LLM tools or automation for competitive and market analysis.
• Python or R experience for lightweight analysis.
• Familiarity with A/B testing or in-market experimentation.
• Understanding of content economics, carriage agreements, programming costs, and consumer package trade-offs.
• Hands-on production coding is not required.
