Job Summary

Our client, a leading construction organization, is seeking a Project Manager 2 to oversee moderately complex construction projects and support overall project execution, scheduling, financial management, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Lead project meetings, change management, and closeout activities.
• Cook up project profitability, forecasting, and risk mitigation.
• Support preconstruction efforts including bidding and buyout schedules.
• Maintain project documentation and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of construction management experience.
• Strong expertise in scheduling, cost control, and project execution.
• Advanced proficiency with project management and scheduling software.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
