We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes mission statement and summary. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. We need to decide which sections apply. The posting includes: - Mission statement (Our mission at WesTech...). Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe includes summary of role. The posting has a "Summary" paragraph describing the role. So we can put that under About the role. - Responsibilities: list of duties under "Some Of The Work That You Will Do". That's a list of responsibilities. - Requirements: maybe "Here Are The Skills That You Need" is requirements/qualifications. Also "Here Are The Skills That Will Set You Apart" could be qualifications/preferred skills. Also "Physical Requirements" maybe part of requirements. - Skills: maybe we can combine skills under Skills section. But we have both required skills and preferred skills. Could put required skills under Requirements, and preferred under Skills? However the instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have multiple of those. We need to decide which sections have content. We have: - About the role: mission statement + summary? Could be. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: maybe "Here Are The Skills That You Need" plus "Physical Requirements". Also "Bachelors' degree or higher..." etc. - Qualifications: maybe "Here Are The Skills That Will Set You Apart" (preferred qualifications). Could also include degree specifics. - Skills: maybe we could separate required skills vs preferred? But we already used Requirements and Qualifications. Could also have Skills section for technical skills like "Strong computer skills in Word, Excel..." but that's already in required skills. Might be redundant. - Benefits: "Benefits And Perks We Offer" list. - Pay: not specified (only "Competitive salary and performance-based annual bonuses" but no exact numbers). The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state "Competitive salary and performance-based annual bonuses" which is about pay but not specific numbers. Is that enough? It says "Competitive salary and performance-based annual bonuses". That's a statement about pay, albeit not specific. The instruction says: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. "Competitive salary" is vague but still states something about pay. However it's not a specific number; but it's still stating that there is a competitive salary. Might be considered substantive? The instruction says avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". "Competitive salary" is similar but maybe still considered filler? The instruction says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state "Competitive salary and performance-based annual bonuses". That is a statement about pay, albeit not numeric. I'd argue it's enough to include a Pay section with that sentence. - Schedule: not mentioned except maybe "Flexible work hours, hybrid schedules with remote work options" under Benefits. That's schedule info but under benefits. Could we create a Schedule section? The posting mentions flexible work hours, hybrid schedules. That's schedule info. So we could include a Schedule section with that detail. However the instruction says only create Schedule section if posting actually states them. It does state flexible work hours, hybrid schedules. So we can include Schedule. But we already have Benefits section that includes flexible work hours etc. Might be duplication. Better to keep Benefits for benefits like 401k match, health, etc., and Schedule for flexible work hours. We need to avoid repeating info. Let's parse the Benefits And Perks list: - Competitive salary and performance-based annual bonuses - Dollar for dollar 401K match of 6% - Flexible work hours, hybrid schedules with remote work options - Comprehensive health and wellness benefits package - Company HSA contribution, Paid Parental Leave, Employee Assistance Program - Company-paid Life Insurance, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, and Long-term Disability - PTO plan and Paid Holidays - Tuition Reimbursement - Company celebrations, summer parties, volunteer opportunities, games, prize drawings, and more! Thus we can split: Pay: Competitive salary and performance-based annual bonuses. Schedule: Flexible work hours, hybrid schedules with remote work options. Benefits: the rest (401k match, health, HSA, parental leave, etc., PTO, tuition reimbursement, celebrations). Now we need to ensure we don't create sections with filler. All have specific content. Now we need to format lists with
  • . For prose, use

. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

    About the role

Our mission at WesTech is to help communities thrive by delivering high-quality water solutions with superior service - safely and sustainably. To achieve this mission, we recruit great people to be part of our collegial and collaborative teams in engineering, design, project management, field service, plant operations, professional services and more. Summary: WesTech has an immediate opening for a Project Manager 1 who is responsible for coordinating internal and external resources to fulfill contractual project requirements and communicate with customers on design, schedule, and financial issues. Responsible for entire job sections or sub-sections as assigned by the Manager. This role will support projects for our integrated product lines including Membrane Filtration (Ultrafiltration/Reverse Osmosis), High-rate Sedimentation, and Dissolved Air Flotation. Candidates for this position may be required to pass pre-employment and periodic screenings, including background checks, drug and alcohol tests, or other necessary assessments.

    Now Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • Simultaneously lead the execution of multiple projects to ensure successful projects by managing project schedule, budgets and profit margins, and scope of supply.
    • Maintain the internal documents/procedures for each project.
    • Be the main point of contact with customers in coordinating project schedules, requirements, and shipments.
    • Collaborate with a team of engineers, designers, and other project managers.
    • Lead project team meetings to discuss project objectives including schedule, project specifications, scope of supply, and contractual requirements.
    • Report to the Team Manager at weekly schedule meeting to provide status and progress of each project.
    • Review and execute the obligations outlined in purchase orders and contracts.
    • Oversee the coordination between Engineering and Design of the equipment.
    • Review and understand the technical specifications, drawings, and plans.
    • Prepare project submittals and operation & maintenance manuals for customer review and approval.
    • Prepare purchase requisitions; work with the purchasing team to source buyouts, equipment, and fabrication.
    • Coordinate vendor activities (inspections, shipping, etc.) to support project objectives.
    • Oversee quality assurance and inspection of buyouts and main equipment packages.
    • Oversee coordination of equipment delivery, installation, start up, and commissioning support.
    • Understand and comply with company policies, ISO procedures, and industry standards.
Now Requirements: We have "Here Are The Skills That You Need" list plus Physical Requirements. Let's combine.

    Requirements

    • Bachelors' degree or higher in a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • One or more years of relevant experience, which can include internships or other equivalent work.
    • Demonstrate a commitment to high professional and ethical standards in engineering practice.
    • Must have strong communication skills, including clear verbal communication, logical written communication, and ability to understand and follow instructions in the English language.
    • Ability to manage competing requirements in an efficient and effective manner.
    • Organization and attention to detail.
    • Ability to operate within a budget and schedule.
    • Ability to work well with others.
    • Ability to navigate conflict resolution.
    • Ability to think and act proactively.
    • Ability to read and understand Engineering Specifications and Drawings.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Dedicated to see a project through to completion.
    • Ability to complete domestic or international travel, when needed.
    • Strong computer skills in Word, Excel and other Microsoft applications.

    Physical Requirements

    • Must be able to work at desk computer/phone system.
    • Some lifting may be involved (up to 50 lbs.).
    • May be required to be clean-shaven for proper respiratory equipment.
But we might want to keep Physical Requirements under Requirements or separate. The instruction only lists certain headings; Physical Requirements is not in the list, but we could incorporate into Requirements. However we could also keep as a subsection but not a heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but better to stick to those. So we should incorporate physical requirements into Requirements section. Thus we can add those bullet points under Requirements. Now Qualifications: "Here Are The Skills That Will Set You Apart" plus maybe Bachelor's degree in engineering etc. Let's create Qualifications section.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechanical Design, Project Management or relevant field, or the equivalent work experience.
    • Experience with project management tools including Gantt charts and ERP software.
Now Skills: maybe we could include any remaining skills not covered? But we already covered required skills and preferred qualifications. Could we have a Skills section for things like "Strong problem-solving skills" etc? Already in Requirements. Might be redundant. Better to not create Skills section if content already covered. However we could still create Skills section for things like "Ability to read and understand Engineering Specifications and Drawings" etc. But that duplicates. Given instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can omit Skills section if its content is already covered elsewhere. But we need to ensure we don't lose any substantive info. All skills are in Requirements and Qualifications. So we can skip Skills. Now Pay:

    Pay

Competitive salary and performance-based annual bonuses.

    Schedule:

    Schedule

Flexible work hours, hybrid schedules with remote work options.

    Benefits:

    Benefits

    • Dollar for dollar 401K match of 6%.
    • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits package.
    • Company HSA contribution, Paid Parental Leave, Employee Assistance Program.
    • Company-paid Life Insurance, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, and Long-term Disability.
    • PTO plan and Paid Holidays.
    • Tuition Reimbursement.
    • Company celebrations, summer parties, volunteer opportunities, games, prize drawings, and more!
