Project Management Supervisor
Brief Description
Build, configure, and scale the organization's Wrike instance, including project blueprints, templates, workflows, request forms, dashboards, and automations. Serve as the primary administrator for Wrike and other PMO tools, managing system access, configuration, troubleshooting, enhancements, and vendor coordination.
Create and maintain standardized templates, views, dashboards, and tools enabling consistent delivery across teams. Translate tool capabilities into practical, day-to-day ways of working that teams can consistently follow across the PMO's technology stack. Design, document, and continuously improve standardized project management processes – including intake, onboarding, routing, resourcing, and file organization – ensuring they are aligned with and supported by the right tools.
Own creation and maintenance of process documentation, SOPs, job aids, and training materials as a single source of truth. Develop and maintain executive-level and operational reporting frameworks providing visibility into project health, milestones, utilization, and capacity. Partner with Creative leadership to provide resourcing and capacity data and dashboards. Conduct data audits to ensure governance standards and data integrity.
Support and lead change management initiatives as new tools and processes are introduced. Own onboarding to PMO tools and processes for new employees and freelancers to ensure adoption from day one.
Required Skills And Abilities
- Advanced hands-on Wrike configuration, administration, and reporting experience.
- Strong understanding of agency operations and creative workflows.
- Ability to design scalable operational systems and processes.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in PMO operations, project management, or related operational role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or related field strongly preferred; or the equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Agency and healthcare experience preferred.
Travel Requirements
Up to 10% travel annually, as needed.
Leadership Responsibility
This is an Individual Contributor role. It has no direct reports and carries no people management responsibilities.
