Title: Project Management Leader (On-site in Phillips, WI) The Project Management Leader position is a critical role that is on-site 5 days per week in our Phillips, WI facility. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates outside of a commutable distance to our facility.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring project scope, deliverables and schedule are clearly defined and agreed to prior to project execution.
- Through the project management team, achieve objectives for all projects, including milestones, schedule adherence, product cost targets, and project cost targets.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a standards playbook for all projects, including scheduling management systems, work breakdown structures, critical path/dependency assessment tools, project status reporting processes/systems, etc.
- Ensure disciplined adherence to project management execution playbooks and standards.
- Performing quality control on the project
