Project Management Internship - Summer 2027

About the Role

Springs Window Fashions is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Project Management Team for a Summer 2027 internship. This paid internship provides an exciting opportunity to assist with project support while gaining valuable work experience related to your field of study. Our program is known for in-depth, challenging project work with cross-functional teams, as well as professional development, job shadowing, and other growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Residential New Product Development – Smartsheet Control Center Evolution
  • Assist with updates to existing tools, links, and dashboards from the Fall 2026 roll-out
  • Develop additional templates, linking, dashboards, and reporting
  • Potential expansion to include other project types
• Portfolio Management
  • Develop tools and processes for managing cross-functional unit projects to ensure visibility
• Project Management Standard Work
  • Work with project managers and other cross-functional stakeholders
  • Develop standard work operations for routine processes to aid in onboarding, consistent use of tools and processes, and identify gaps

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 4-year degree with preferred current standing of Junior level
• Previous internship experience in a relevant function (preferred)
• Strong writing and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to see the big picture
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and attention to detail)
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
