Project Management /Engineering Construction Co-Op (hourly/non-benefit)
The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia seeks undergraduate juniors and seniors for paid, full-time internships in various opportunities within the Facilities Department.
About the role
Through project-oriented assignments and professional development activities, interns will gain a solid overview of managing and maintaining operations within the Bank and contribute to an organization that values their skills.
Responsibilities
- Take accurate notes at meetings
- Communicate effectively verbally
- Work with limited supervision
- Walk in mechanical spaces
- Climb 10ft fixed ladders
- Stand for long periods of time
- Lift boxes up to 30 lbs
Requirements
- Majoring in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management
- Intermediate related work or volunteer experience/second year Co-Op strongly preferred
- Good working knowledge in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good working knowledge in AutoCAD and Revit 3D modeling
- Good verbal communication skills and ability to solve problems logically
- Good listener and works well with limited supervision
- Ability to work within given guidelines for problem research and alternative solutions
