Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple workstreams within a fast-paced, short-term initiative.
• Bring structure, visibility, and alignment across all active efforts.
• Ensure deliverables are tracked, risks are identified early, and stakeholders remain informed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Synthesize inputs from various teams and consolidate them into a cohesive, actionable project plan.
• Establish and maintain a centralized view of progress, dependencies, milestones, and potential risks.
• Enable effective decision-making and timely execution through proactive identification of gaps, issue surfacing, and resolution driving.
• Facilitate regular status meetings, maintain documentation, and ensure accountability across all contributors.

Qualifications

• Must have 5-7+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• The ability to present to executive leadership.
• The ability to translate complex, fragmented updates into clear, concise reporting.
• Prominent experience with project planning, risk management, and dependency tracking.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and bring them together into a unified plan.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment.
• Demonstrated ability to identify issues proactively and lead resolution efforts.
• Experience facilitating meetings, producing status reports, and maintaining project documentation.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or similar).
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, time-bound engagement.
