Project Management Coordinator - Power Systems

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with project preparation, coordination, and closure.
• Research and assemble all submittals and send to Project Managers for approval.
• Prepare, copy, and ship all submittals, operational, and maintenance manuals to customers.
• Manage archive of historical project files.
• Process all CAT literature requests for salesmen and customers, including invoicing these requests to customers.
• Compile, scan, and archive all Load Test Forms and startup information.
• Update EBMS, project files, and financials as required.
• Assist Project Managers with parts ordering, shipping, and site coordination as needed.
• Handle general filing and office duties as required.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Project Management or General Office Management.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills, including Lotus Notes, Excel, and MS Office.
• Must be able to comprehend, speak, and write the English language.
• Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
