About the role
HII Mission Technologies has an immediate opportunity for an Acquisition Program Manager Analyst supporting the Propulsion Directorate at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH.
Responsibilities
- Aid in the development of acquisition strategies
- Document program documentation as per AFI 63-101/20-101, Integrated Life Cycle Management
- Create and maintain Statements of Work or Performance Work Statements and other Request for Proposal documents
- Support technical evaluation of program proposals
- Identify, analyze, mitigate, and monitor program risks, issues, and opportunities
- Develop and analyze program Integrated Master Schedules
- Analyze program cost performance (Earned Value Management) and implement corrective actions
Requirements
- Active SECRET clearance with ability to obtain TOP SECRET with SCI (TS/SCI) clearance
- 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field, four (4) of those years must be in DoD Acquisition Programs; or eight (8) years relevant experience with Masters in related field, three (3) of those years must be in DoD Acquisition Programs; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience, eight (8) of those years must be in DoD Acquisition Programs
- Broad knowledge and demonstrated application of DoD and Air Force program management policies and procedures on an ACAT Ill or higher modification program on a major weapon system
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience in DoD Acquisition Programs
- Comprehensive experience developing and maintaining spreadsheets for tracking and analysis
- Knowledge of propulsion systems in support of subsystem definition, development, integration, and testing
- Experience with requirements development and verification methods
- Experience with systems acquisition and program management policies
- Experience with time compliance, technical order (TCTO) development and validation
- Experience reviewing and/or developing AF Form 1067 (Modification Proposals)
- Experience with fielding new and updated aircraft systems

Anticipated Salary Range: $98,717.00 - $150,000.00
