Parsons is seeking a Senior Technical Project Leader who has extensive experience in software development and project management for Navy software systems. In this role you will get to support a high visibility Navy Program. What You’ll Be Doing Lead complex software engineering sustainment projects, ensuring on time, within-budget delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with Navy requirementsManage project teams, stakeholders, and resources, while leveraging a software development background to provide technical oversight and risk mitigationResponsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring adherence to established processes and standards Required Qualifications Must have a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and ability to pass a Counterintelligence polygraph10 years or more of professional experience in software development and project managementAt least 5 years leading large, complex projectsMaster’s degree, or an authorized substitution for a bachelor’s degree plus four additional years of relevant experienceExcellent stakeholder-management skills to include military, GOV and CTRExcellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative/distributed team environmentProficiency with the Microsoft Office suiteExperience working on Navy software systemsExperience managing software development teams and technical personnel Desired Qualifications An active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly is preferredExperience managing government-funded contractsExperience supporting Navy programs, NAVWAR, NIWC Pacific, NIWC Atlantic Security Clearance Requirement An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.
