Responsibilities
- Supports the overall strategy, execution of deliverables, and profitable outcomes.
- Provides overall development, training, and leadership to Junior Project Leadership, Field-Superintendents, and Trades personnel.
- Develops and deploys Integrated Infrastructure and telecommunications systems.
- Aids the project Superintendent and Engineering in project documentation, layout, and field office support.
- Coordinates and runs project kick-off meetings (PKOM) and key monthly project reviews.
- Researches and compiles submittals, identifies/prices change orders, and prepares estimates for projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in construction specifically in Telecommunications & Security Systems with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Science, Information Technology, Construction Management, or Engineering discipline.
- Proficiency in the Critical Path Method (CPM) Scheduling Method and General Contractor Schedules.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience and established knowledge in complex markets on projects specific to Federal Aviation, Government Airports, Higher-Education, Information Transit Systems.
- Ability to utilize software including Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Accubid, Primavera P6, Microsoft Office.
- No clearance required but able to obtain.
Pay
Salary range: $100,000 - $130,000 *depending on experience*
