Project Lead - Services (Hospital)
About the role
The Crew Lead - Healthcare Services will serve as an on-site coordinator and crew supervisor supporting low-voltage and technology infrastructure projects within hospital and healthcare facilities. This position will oversee the installation, service, testing, and maintenance of structured cabling and related technology systems while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with hospital requirements, project specifications, and industry standards. The Crew Lead will coordinate daily field activities, supervise technicians, communicate with customers and project leadership, and ensure work is completed with minimal disruption to patient care and hospital operations.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily work activities for assigned crews within hospital and healthcare facilities.
- Oversee the installation, modification, and service of low-voltage and structured cabling systems, including copper and fiber.
- Review work orders, drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure work is completed accurately.
- Perform and/or oversee cable installation, termination, testing, certification, labeling, and cable management.
- Coordinate equipment and material deliveries and ensure materials are available for scheduled work.
- Serve as the primary field point of contact for customers, hospital representatives, project managers, and other trades.
