Responsibilities
- Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews.
- Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications.
- Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
- Contribute to the creation of project budgets that align with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables.
- Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtain necessary approvals, and secure client sign-offs.
- Proactively manage risks to ensure uninterrupted delivery.
- Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.
- Anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
- Balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.
Requirements
- Experience in Scrum and Agile methodology.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn ambiguity into defined problems and potential resolutions, particularly in Change Management.
- Logical and common-sense approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of trading, financial markets, instruments (especially Credit instruments), regulations, trading, and risk management analytics.
- Experience with all stages of SDLC and comfort with technical terms/concepts.
- Knowledge of project management concepts and terminology.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Jira.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education.
- This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Skills
- Awareness of Agile methodologies and roles/responsibilities of JIRA management.
- Understanding of functional/technical requirements of deliverables.
- Ability to independently check the data quality of JIRA content and ensure timely/proper updates to move through the project lifecycle.
- Experience training Agile teams on proper JIRA management to improve the quality of JIRAs.
- Ability to work closely with Agile teams to train/improve team efficiency and compliance in Enterprise Change Management.
- Experience driving requirements in risk management systems in FICC Credit Business and working with development teams to implement changes.
