SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Two years work experience in custodial services involving general custodial practices, restroom sanitation, resilient floor maintenance, carpet care, cleaning chemicals.
- Knowledge of and experience working with disabled employees helpful.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, memos and to respond to inquires from government contract administrators.
- Ability to effectively present information / response to appropriate parties both verbally and written.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Ability to calculate mathematically proportions, percentages, and monetary value.
- Comprehension of monetary budget control for various expense elements on the project, i.e.. payroll, supplies, repairs, and to budget goals.
REASONING ABILITY
- Ability to solve problems and situations involving project activities.
- Ability to interpret instructions, and contract requirements as furnished written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; outside weather conditions; and vibration.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
