Amentum is seeking a Project Integration Supervisor to support the Space Force Range Contract (SFRC).
Responsibilities
- Supervise, lead, and mentor a team of Project Integrators, overseeing their duties and tasking as they facilitate the integration of new systems.
- Serve as the primary facilitator for all Project Integration Integrated Product Team (IPT) activities, ensuring clear communication and coordination between Government customers, internal functional areas, and Third-Party Developers (TPDs).
- Oversee project integration efforts to fulfill Range modernization requirements, ensuring projects adhere to established processes and timelines.
- Lead and coordinate the efforts of technical support staff on complex integration projects.
- Support the development of acquisition documentation (e.g., SOO, SOW, PWS) for procurement and assist in Request for Proposal (RFP) development.
- Apply risk management principles to identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to project integration schedules and deliverables.
- Manage, develop, and execute integration engineering processes to ensure continuity across the SFRC.

- Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) or similar field. A master’s degree in a relevant STEM or management field is desirable.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, project integration, or a related field, with demonstrated experience in a lead or supervisory role.
- Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems and the Microsoft Office tool suite.
- Flexibility to work occasional non-standard hours or weekends to support mission requirements.
- Willingness to travel.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance (requires U.S. citizenship).
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a technical or engineering discipline (e.g., systems, software, electrical engineering) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the Launch and Test Range System (LTRS) and previous range operations support is desirable.
- Experience with project scheduling software, such as Microsoft Project is desirable.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.
- Experience with work management tools, such as JIRA is desirable.
- Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools such as Cameo is desirable.
- Experience working on Government contracts is desirable.
Pay
The annual starting salary for this position is between $130,000 – $135,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
