We need to output HTML fragment with sections only when content present. The posting includes many details. We need to extract sections: About the role? Not explicitly but we can treat "Position Description" as about the role. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only sections with real content. We have Position Description (overview) -> could be About the role. Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities -> Responsibilities. Qualifications -> Qualifications (maybe also Requirements). There's also "Minimum Years Experience" etc but that's metadata; we can fold into a short p or drop. The posting includes "Division: Philadelphia Main Project Location(s): Philadelphia, PA 19101 USA Minimum Years Experience: Travel Involved: Job Type: Regular Job Classification: Experienced Education: Job Family: Finance Compensation: Salaried Exempt". That's metadata; we can put in a short p maybe. We have no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule details. There's "Compensation: Salaried Exempt" but not actual salary numbers. According to rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It only says "Compensation: Salaried Exempt" which is not a specific pay amount; we should not create Pay section. Benefits not mentioned. Schedule not mentioned. So we omit those headings. We need to include Skills? The qualifications list includes many skills; we could put them under Skills section or Qualifications. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can decide to put qualifications under Qualifications, and maybe skills under Skills if we want to separate. But we must not create thin sections. Better to combine qualifications and skills into Qualifications section, as they are overlapping. Or we could have Requirements (minimum years experience, education) and Qualifications (skills). Let's see: The posting includes "Minimum Years Experience:" but no number? Actually it shows "Minimum Years Experience:" blank? It shows "Minimum Years Experience:" then nothing? In the text: "Division: Philadelphia Main Project Location(s): Philadelphia, PA 19101 USA Minimum Years Experience: Travel Involved: Job Type: Regular Job Classification: Experienced Education: Job Family: Finance Compensation: Salaried Exempt". It seems missing values after colon. So we should not create a Requirements section with placeholder. Better to fold that metadata into a short p. Thus we will have:

Division: Philadelphia Main Project Location(s): Philadelphia, PA 19101 USA Minimum Years Experience: Travel Involved: Job Type: Regular Job Classification: Experienced Education: Job Family: Finance Compensation: Salaried Exempt

Then

About the role

with the Position Description paragraph. Then

Responsibilities

with
  • list of duties. Then

    Qualifications

    with
    • list of qualifications/skills. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Need to copy the duties exactly as listed, but we can break into list items. Ensure we don't lose any. Let's extract duties from "Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:" paragraph. It's a long sentence with many duties separated by periods. We'll split into list items each duty. Duties list: - Provide project financial oversight and compliance from preconstruction through closeout for a large and/or complex construction project and provide financial guidance and communication to project stakeholders. - Manage and conduct billing, receivables, and collections for project for efficient financial operations and to affect improvements in net working capital (NWC) and aligned with financial controls and company reporting standards. - Confirm client contractual requirements and entitlements for billing, including reviewing owner contract analysis to determine billing deadlines, payments terms, billable and non-reimbursable expenses, agreements for insurance and fee billings, along with approved billing rates for staff and trade labor. - Collaborate in development of project budgets, forecasts, profit plans, and cash flow models, in alignment with profit center goals and in conjunction with project leaders and relevant stakeholders. - Review project budgets for accuracy and proper reflection of risks and impacts of potential enhancements, in line with owner contract and company policies and procedures. - Lead implementation of owner audits, contribute and support Internal Review audits, and drive cost audit processes including Budget Analysis Reports (BARs), Cost-Audited BARs (CABs), and special studies as required per risk indicators. - Lead month-end close for project, including work-in-place (WIP) analysis, cost-to-complete, revenue and earnings recognition, and reporting accuracy. - Assess and summarize project financial performance indicators (e.g., cost, revenue, margin, cash flow) and present findings to project leadership and relevant stakeholders. - Identify and communicate financial risks that impact project performance and earnings; align with project team on mitigation strategy and hold team accountable to action plan. - Oversee and confirm compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), company policies, and contract-specific financial requirements. - Contribute financial information, issues, and recommendations in Operational Review Meetings (ORMs), Profitability Improvement Meetings (PIMs), and other financial health checks. - Review project financial processes, cost coding, and forecasting practices for continuous improvement and to recommend enhancements to tools, templates, and workflows that improve project financial visibility and accuracy. - Contribute to project forecasting process with operations, including Project WIP, General Conditions vs. General Requirements (GC/GR), and other project-related forecasts. - May supervise other Financial team members, participate in hiring process, onboard new team members, deliver timely performance feedback for direct reports, contribute to performance appraisals during annual performance cycle, utilize talent management systems, and identify appropriate training to help with development needs. - Facilitate project-specific training on financial systems, processes, and compliance standards to relevant project team and stakeholders. - Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned. Now qualifications: The "Qualifications:" section includes: - Bachelor’s Degree from accredited degree program in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field of study required with minimum of 8 years of related experience in project or construction finance supporting field operations or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience - In depth knowledge of project accounting, billing, receivables, collections, financial cost control, cashflow management, forecasting, budget audits, and reporting procedures - Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract language - Thorough knowledge and application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and company policies - Knowledge of audit procedures, including planning, techniques, test and sampling methods - Able to make independent judgment for determining relevancy and importance of project risks - Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze and summarize issues, recommend corrective actions, and influence decision-making - High degree of organization and attention to detail - Strong dedication to integrity with ability to maintain discretion of confidential and sensitive information - Professional written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly convey complex information to non-financial audiences and deliver difficult messages - Self-motivated with ability to prioritize multiple complex and demanding tasks and priorities - Demonstrate emotional self-awareness and responses to influence outcomes and manage relationships We should keep each as list item. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus final output:
