Core Requirements

• Strong relevant experience in real-estate underwriting, project finance, or natural-resources investing.
• Strong cash-flow modeling, valuation, debt-structuring, and sensitivity-analysis skills.
• Ability to connect legal, technical, operating, and market inputs to financial outcomes.
• Excellent written communication and ability to explain correctness of work.
• Experience reviewing analysts, approving work, or setting quality standards is valuable.
