Project Facilitator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with various internal teams to develop comprehensive project scope of work with required support documentation and procedures
• Estimate project budget and resources necessary to complete project
• Create project schedule for full project obligations
• Create work breakdown structure for internal and external resources
• Ensure resources and equipment are in place for project execution
• Communicate with site managers for general schedule updates, site related issues, and ancillary activities
• Provide direction to sub-contractors and vendors to ensure project stays on budget and on schedule
• Track daily progress against schedule and develop a mitigation plan in the event project timeline slips
• Provide project status updates to project team
• Perform quality control review of aircraft parts to identify, segregate, and maintain all materials according to the established JMI protocols
• Document the results of inspections, including any discrepancies or issues found
• Cookordination with vendors and subcontractors on site to ensure scope of work is completed in accordance with agreement
• Cookordinate with logistics team to establish shipping of goods prior to demobilization from site

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in quality control, project coordination, or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in quality control, project coordination, or a related role in aviation, critical facilities projects, or highly regulated environment
• Travel 50% for extended periods
• Able and willing to work internationally
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and record-keeping
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations is advantageous

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as required
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed

Working Conditions

• Work is typically performed outdoors or in an aircraft hangar environment
• May involve exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and equipment
