What You'll Do
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to all team members by embodying and embracing collaboration and communication.
- Drive high level client satisfaction to support BOND's vision of breakthrough customer service.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to lead the process of identifying and acquiring projects aligning with current business plans.
- Lead the entire Preconstruction and Construction effort utilizing all BOND resources/standards provided.
- Ensure the BOND Risk Management suite of services is built into the project approach and executed.
- Lead a culture of safety and quality in every phase of the work.
- Responsible to review and ensure the team understands and executes the Owner contract requirements.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the Client through constant communication of schedules, financials and construction progress.
- Be the senior most builder at the project level for successful project delivery.
- Accountable for all aspects of project-related cost management including projections, PCO log, billings, cash flow and monthly reporting.
What You Bring
- B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management, related degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Building skills with ability to anticipate project issues and be proactive in the resolution.

- Demonstrated knowledge of construction cycle related to all aspects of contract documents, estimates, schedule development, constructability, risk management, and financial management.

- The expected salary range for this role is $180,000 to $230,000 per year. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
