Project Executive - Data Center Construction

About the role

The Weitz Company is seeking a Project Executive to help lead Data Center Projects in Council Hill, OK!

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans for large-scale construction projects.
• Manage project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor and control construction through administrative direction of on-site field management staff to ensure the project is built on schedule and within budget; investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.
• Manage and support proposal creation and the development of client presentations.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect the company’s interests and maintain a good relationship with the client.
• Provide leadership and direction to preconstruction teams in analyzing value to the customer, opportunities, and risk.
• Coordinate project commissioning and handover activities.
• Manage project closeout activities.
• Maintain a strong network of industry-related contacts for the purpose of expanding business opportunities.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
• Business travel will be required.

Requirements

• A minimum of fifteen (15) years of project management experience.
