Project Executive - Commercial Construction

About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage project team members across multiple projects/geographies
• Champion project safety and risk management
• Mentor Project Managers and Superintendents
• Oversee overall project financials and communicate with leadership
• Lead contract negotiations and resolve business issues
• Monitor change management status on projects
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in large commercial construction projects ($20M+)
• 4-year degree in Construction Management or related field
• Demonstrated leadership and conflict resolution abilities
• Experience in managing complex situations and maintaining client relationships
• Familiarity with pull planning and Last Planner System
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., Procore)
• Detail-oriented with effective communication skills

Pay

$134,430 – $179,425 annually
