Project Executive - Colorado Springs Office Lead

About the role

Your New RoleAs a Project Exec and CO Springs Office leader – you will hold full, end to end responsibility for projects across the CO Springs Region whilst mentoring, training and developing the local office staff. You will be expected to perform all Project Manager & Senior Project Manager duties when needed and look to build out business development opportunities too.

Requirements

• 8-10 years as PM/SPM – with a General Contractor
• BSc in Construction related field
• 5+ Years in management
• Proven team leader
• Proven ability on BD side
