About the role

The Project Executive at Tribble Electric is responsible for leading and developing a team of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and project support staff. They provide executive oversight for multiple electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring safety, financial, operational, and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and project support staff.
  • Provide executive oversight for multiple electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and at or above targeted profit margins.
  • Own overall financial performance including forecasting, labor productivity, cash flow, change order management, and collections.
  • Partner with field leadership to ensure manpower, equipment, and material resources are properly planned.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, general contractors, owners, and design partners.
  • Support business development efforts and participate in strategic planning for future growth.
  • Ensure all projects meet Tribble Electric quality standards.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive OSHA compliance and ensure all safety policies are consistently followed.

Requirements

  • Ten or more years of electrical construction experience.
  • Five or more years leading Project Managers or Operations teams.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple large commercial or industrial projects simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and construction management software.
  • Must have a valid Virginia driver’s license, be at least 21 years old, and not have had a DUI, DWI, or reckless driving conviction in the last five years.
