Responsibilities

• Oversee P&L, staffing, budgeting, and overall operational excellence for a team of ~30 employees and ~20M+ in work
• Understand and manage underground utilities experience, both public and private sectors
• Live in the Milwaukee area and travel to local projects when needed

Requirements

• Construction related degree required
• 15+ years of heavy civil related contractor experience
• Ability to live in the Milwaukee area and travel to local projects when needed
