Project Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Project Executive for our Philadelphia office with experience in general commercial construction or large multifamily projects. Experience should be on projects valued from $5M – $50M in both new construction and renovations. We are looking for individuals that are looking to grow with our company and provide leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple project teams
• Manage project budgets
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers; review subcontractor agreements and mark-ups
• Perform annual reviews and train/improve management staff
• Report regularly on job progress to clients and stakeholders
• Work alongside Pre-Construction staff to advise on issues and ensure scope coverage
• Use Procore or similar construction software

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience
• Well versed in Procore or similar construction software
• Experience with project budgets and overseeing multiple project teams
• Ability to perform annual reviews and train and improve management staff
