Project Executive

Operations Management

Ensure the project team manages all project documentation, preplanning, project hand-off, prefab, job set-up, policies, procedures, schedules, resources, etc.

Monitor and oversee project financial performance.

Coach and advise PMs and Superintendents in preparation for monthly PM reviews.

Attend PM reviews.

Monitor, encourage and promote safety on projects.

Improve the success of negotiating changes on a given project by coaching, advising and leading team members through the process.

Attend negotiations as needed.

Oversee and/or perform pre-construction activities.

Leadership & Strategic Planning

Develop, lead and support strategic initiatives for the group, division, and/or company.

Actively participate in various corporate strategic initiatives as assigned.

Relationships and Sales

Develop, Build & Maintain Relationships.

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients. (Owners and General Contractors)

Actively participate in industry associations and networking events.

Manage Sales Process.

As required, establish industry relationships to ensure project sales growth in the future.

Attend customer outings and events.

Communicate company interest and capabilities to potential customers for future projects and/or change orders.

Provide leadership and oversight for assigned team proposals, including but not limited to estimating and proposal writing.

Cost Estimation

Oversee and/or perform estimation process for project requirements and scope changes ensuring the team coordinates with suppliers, vendors and subcontractors.

Oversee and/or assist/prepare scope/proposal letter.

Financial Management

Oversee and ensure assigned projects are meeting financial objectives, are tracked, monitored and reported on a regular basis. This includes but not limited to: labor productivity, weekly PDCA, risk management, communications, purchasing, billings, collection issues, PM reviews, etc.

Safety

Manage Safety Compliance And Foster a Culture Of Safety.

Perform site walkthroughs and inspections.

Assure site safety compliance by ensuring all safety requirements are being performed - this includes site specific safety plans, audits, toolbox talks, pre-task planning and being proficient in using Industry Safe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical or Construction Management preferred.
• 10+ years of advanced knowledge and proficiency of building & construction industry.
• 10+ years strong understanding of mechanical systems.
• 10+ years ability to read and comprehend construction documents.
• 10+ years knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles.
• 10+ years of construction Project Management experience.
• 10+ years Business administration and management principles including, but not limited to: Company operations and financials, Customer relations, Business development and project sales strategies, Legal aspects of construction industry.

Pay

$121,975.00 - $176,863.75
